The Philidor Position gives the technique to get a Draw.

W: Ke1, Ra7

B: Kf4, Rh2, e4

WTPAD

1. Cutoff the enemy K on the 3rd Rank.

2. When the enemy Passer reaches the 6th Rank, go to the Back Rank and start giving Checks.

Solution: 

1. Ra7-a3    e4-e3

2. Ra3-a8    Kf4-f3

3. Ra8-f8+
